She wouldn't be at all. As far as Matt knows, and he hasn't met them personally, Hawkeye and Black Widow simply have a lot of training going for them. Experience and training can go a long way and Matt intends to make sure that Katniss has as much of the latter as he can provide. She'll also get plenty of experience with him. Eventually, she'll be a super hero in her own right.

That'll take time and she's made so much progress already. He's happy to provide her faith. She gives him hope. It's a fair trade.

"I've got that part. Any chance you can find something to gag him with?" Matt says as he starts tying the guy's feet together. He's already got him tied firmly to some pipes.
