[She kills. Albeit so she could live. But it's killing nonetheless. And she only ever really hunts enough meat to keep her and Peeta fed. She could expand. Could provide for more people in the village. But why bother? Why should she care about them?]

The people on the missions, they're letting themselves be used. Taking a risk with their lives. Those people are either dumb or selfless.
