[By now most of the scales have been removed and she's wiping the knife blade on her trousers. Then she's pushing the knife into the belly of the fish, just below it's head. She slices down the middle cleanly.]

It wasn't allowed. No weapons were, unless you were a Peacekeeper.

[It might be different now. At least she doesn't have to hide her bows and arrows any more. That was nice.

The fish head is severed and she starts to pull out the guts. There's no grimace on her face, no real emotion. She's done this a thousand times. Why would this one be any different?]


This feels real.
